Our campaign is focused on Golden Rice

We are not defending or proposing anything about all GMOs. However, almost all of the opposition to Golden Rice is based on the claim that GMOs are inherently unsafe.

Unlike most environmental issues, the safety of GMOs is not a divided opinion in the larger science community. Every Science Academy which has examined the technology has determined it is safe and none has said otherwise. The list below is opposed only by individual scientists or activist groups, some of whom who claim scientists as members.
